Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We require 12 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 12 hours of your scheduled appointment may be required to pay 50% of the services reserved. Cancellation fees within 2 hours of the reservation is 100% of service cost. No Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments without contacting the salon to cancel, you may be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. Late Arrivals If you think you may be late for your appointment, please send a text message to the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time or we will have to reschedule you. If this happens you will still be responsible for the amount of services booked. Services requested may not be changed during your schedule appointment. If you need to make any changes or cancel any additional services we ask you make these changes before your appointment. If no changes are made and you decide you want to make changes/cancel services once you have arrived to your schedule appointment you will be charged for the original services requested.
